Design your own keycard with your company's promotional messaging for the event! As a sponsor, you will get brand recognition as attendees use and carry your company branded hotel key card throughout their stay at BOILER Expo. Keycards will be distributed at the Gaylord Opryland only.

Lanyard (1 sponsor) – $10,000

Place your company's logo on the BOILER Expo event lanyard and get all attendees to become a walking billboard for your company! Attendees will wear your company brand around their necks throughout all areas of BOILER Expo, offering the sponsor excellent brand visibility and recognition. When the event is over attendees will take home their badge with your sponsored lanyard, extending your company’s brand visibility and augmenting the value of your sponsorship investment.

Registration Bag Insert (Limit: 6) – $2,500
Create and provide an insert or swag item for the conference registration bag. All attendees will receive this bag so your branding will be seen everywhere both during and after the event. All items must be smaller than 8.5"x11" and approved by ABMA.

Social Media Booth (1 sponsor) – $3,850
Place your company's logo in attendees' event social media posts. Sponsors receive excellent brand visibility and recognition at the Social Media Booth as attendees stop at the step & repeat for a photo op when making their way into the event.

Water Cooler & Bottle (1 sponsor) – $7,250
Attendees will appreciate the ease and abundance of water coolers generously distributed throughout the exhibit hall and meeting spaces. Place your company's branding at every water station/cooler and on the stainless steel bottle included in every registration bag.

Aisle Directional Signs (10 sponsors) – $2,750
As an aisle sponsor you will have your company's logo on the aisle directional floor signs and the aisle hanging signs for both directions of the aisle. This price reflects 1 branded aisle, 10 aisle are available.

Grand Industry Reception (2 Sponsors) – $13,000

As the grand industry Reception Sponsor, your company's logo and branding will be visible throughout the event at the Gaylord Opryland. Sponsor works directly with ABMA for custom branding and promotional opportunities at the event.

Happy Hour (1 sponsor)– $5,500
The ultimate way to wind down the first day of the expo! Have your company's logo branded on the event signage and the cocktail napkins that are served with the beer and wine in the expo hall during the last hour of the tradeshow. Sponsor to supply koozie, if desired.

Hotel Escalator (1 sponsor) – $10,000
Make a BIG statement and place your company's branding and message right in front of every attendee throughout the entire event as the Escalator Sponsor. Grab attendees attention and gain the most exposure in the escalator off the Expo Hall area as attendees are making their way to and from the General Session/Educational Session area. *Subject to change, confirmation on this opportunity will not be available until January 2026.

Registration Bags – $9,500 (1 sponsor - sponsor to supply bags)

Each attendee will receive an official conference bag at registration with your company's logo and design, ensuring your branding will be seen everywhere both during and after the event. Gain visibility when you need it most — right there on site, driving traffic to your booth. Sponsor to supply bags. Bag must be at least 12“ x 15” in size and approved by ABMA.

Every attendee must register and stops by the Registration Desk to gain access to the show, display your company's branding and make a strong impression while attendees are standing in line at Registration for BOILER Expo. This sponsorship offer excellent visibility over and over as people pass the registration area located outside of the exhibit hall.

Includes one mirror decal in both the men and the women’s bathroom near the General Session and Educational Session rooms in the Governor’s Hall.
